- On arrival, every guest has to registrate at the reception. Any visitors that may be received by the guests of our camp, must inquire at the reception.

- The camper takes the control number at the reception, which he has to keep exposed in a visible place in the allocation unit during all stay in the camping. Control number is for entering and exiting the camping and it can be used for one car only, your own. You are kindly asked to take good care about the number, do not loose it or damage it. In case of the control number missing or damaging, we will be obliged too charge you for a new control number.

- The payments can be made from 07.00 am to 12.00 pm for the departures on the same day, and for the departures on the day after, those can be made from 12.00 pm to 20.00 pm. The check out of the camping pitches is valid untill 12.00 pm, for mobile homes untill 10.00 am. For a later arrival or earlier departure in the mobilehomes and villas, the entire pre-booked and confirmed amount will be charged. For any further permanence extension one more day will be calculated. The camper receives the bill for the settled invoices.

RESERVATIONS

The reservation of a camping place / parcel can be done over  the e-mail or directly on the reception of the camp.

On the recieved request, we will answer to the quest as soon as possible, according to the availability.

The reservation fee of a pitch/camping place is €50

This fee is one-time, non-refundable and will not be reduced from the final bill.

Booking for next year (2025.) will be open on 15.05.2024. at midnight. Reservations will be possible by sending request on our e-mail adress or  directly at the reception during the open time.

*Please send us a copy of your payment to our e-mail adress as soon as the payment is done.

As soon as your payent is visible on our account, we will send you receipt which is also final confirmation of your reservation.

Deadline for reservation payment is 7 days; If we don't receive the payment confirmation from you in 7 days from the offer – the reservation will be canceled.

• The reservation can also be done directly on the reception of the camp. In this case, the fee can be payed by cash or card.

Reservation must be confirmed 10 days before arrival on the mail or phone call.

With reservation we confirm the specific camping place number, but we are keeping our right to change and giving the different number.

 CAMP – ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Late arrival: we will keep the reserved parcel for the guest untill 6 o'clock in the morning of the next day, but we will charge the entire reserved period. If the guest didn't show up untill 6 o'clock, we keep the right to re-sell this camping place.

 Later departure: for staynig after 12 o'clock, another day will be charged.

Every change of the arrival and departure date bigger than 5 days must be announced minimaly 30 days earlier, otherwise we keep right to charge penalty in amount of 20€ per 5 days.

On the day of the departure, a camping place must stay clean and tidy, evenual hollows must be properly covered, by respecting the enviroment.

CHANGING OR CANCELATION OF THE RESERVATION

Changing of the term of arrival and departure is possible  only by written e-mail,  and it is valid only if it has written confirmation from the reception of the camp.

Cancelation of the reservation is possible to do over the e-mail, latest 30 days before arrival date.

In case of cancelation, the guest does not have right of return of reservation fee amount.

- The areas for the camping equipment placing and for the car parking is regulated exclusivelly by the camping reception staff, according to the camp units' availability or within the unmarked areas in the camping.

- It is forbidden for the campers to change the camping pitches on their own will, without the camping reception staff permission.

- The camper has the obligation to take care of his own belongings and of the camping's equipment.

- Camp Slanica does not take any responsibiliy for the missing or damaged belongings of the campers, or for possible accidents or injuries in the camp which have been provoked by the camper'€™s personal negligence.

Only an authorized camp employee is allowed to execute connecting or disconnecting of units to or from the power box, or check if it works properly.

Please keep the space you are using clean. Don't close or obstruct with tents or vehicles the accessing pathways, especially access to the coast and the sea.

Follow the house rules in the toilets. (symbols and signs)

Have to register their pets at the. Dog owners are obligated to keep their dogs on a leash, and to keep them. Dog owner is absolutely responsible for any damage caused by his dog.

Open fire is strictly forbidden. Barbecueing is allowed only on gas or electrical grill.
